Unlike a spa massage, there might be some “hurts so good” discomfort as we tackle muscle adhesions and fascia restrictions. The pressure is intentional and should be tolerable. If you enjoy the satisfaction of “getting that knot out,” these sessions are your jam.

Absolutely! Recovery is vital for young athletes as they train and grow. My services can help improve mobility, prevent injuries, and support their performance. Minors (under 18) must have a parent or guardian present in the room for the entire session and provide written consent. Email me to discuss youth athlete rates and create a personalized plan.
